The crashes of 1929 and 1987.

I think economics and finance are very interesting. Maybe it’s just dynamic systems in general. Here’s what I am talking about and here is my question. I am talking about the United States stock market crashes of 1929 and 1987. Do a search, it’s interesting I promise. Why did these two events both take place in October? Just a coincidence? I doubt it.
